ChangeOver Services - Spend your time making memories, not beds.
Ensuring your holiday home is guest ready before every arrival, is the backbone of our changeover service.
For second homeowners, this process can be time consuming and rob you of valuable vacation time.

- Thorough cleaning and sanitising of all rooms, terraces, and windows.
- Off site laundry service for linens, towels, blankets, and more.
- Cleaning equipment and products are supplied.
Fees:
Laundry is calculated per item, while cleaning is billed at €18.50 per hour with a minimum of two hours. All fees include IVA.
To access changeover services, you must be subscribed to one of the three Holiday Home Care Plans.
There’s a Holiday Home Care Plan to suit every budget starting from just €29 per month.
